This is the DETAILS layout / master plan of SAHIL COMMERCIAL PHASE VIII (E-8), DHA, Karachi.
What you are seeing is how the commercial area is divided into plots, streets and main roads.
Here is the breakdown:
1. Location & Boundaries
The block shown is bounded by 4 main roads:
• Top: Khayaban-e-Babar • Bottom: Khayaban-e-Faisal - 80'-0" wide • Left: 60' Wide Sahil Avenue • Right: 120'-0" Wide Beach Avenue - with 35' Wide Service Lane • Middle Vertical Roads: Khayaban-e-Abubakar (60'-0") and Khayaban-e-Ali (60'-0") • Middle Horizontal Roads: Khayaban-e-Umer and Khayaban-e-Usman - both 60'-0" wide The green dots you see at the intersections are roundabouts / chowks.
2. Internal Division
The whole commercial area is divided into 9 big blocks. Each block contains rows of small commercial plots (the small blue rectangles).

Between every 2 rows there is a 20' Wide Lane for access.

Each block is separated by wider roads and service lanes:
• 40' Wide Lane / 40' Wide Service Lane inside the top blocks • 35' Wide Service Lane at the bottom side 3. Other Facilities Marked • PARKING: Two dedicated parking strips marked in orange, in the middle blocks (one between Umer and Babar, one between Usman and Faisal) • CENTRAL MOSQUE M-2: Marked in green in the center block, on Khayaban-e-Ali side
